The Scherma Modica began as amateur sports association November 9, 1984 from an idea of the teacher that Giorgio Scarso, followed by a dozen young athletes and their families, decided to bring in his hometown so much that he loved sports.
In the gym of the first course, in the halls of the castle of the Counts of Modica then PalaMoak to arrive in the spirit of the society are always the same: to live the moment as a sports game, for comparison of growth and psychophysical .
In 25 years the association has achieved levels of excellence and athletic organization recognized nationally and internationally.
Currently the company operates at the PalaMoak Via Catagirasi from September to June for 5 days a week from Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 20:00.
